Eyebrow transplantation

Eyebrow transplantation is a type of transplantation that is performed on people who suffer from genetic gaps, or areas affected by multiple plucking operations. The FUE method is used in eyebrow transplantation. Eyebrow transplantation requires “professionalism” at a high level because the eyebrows are the main factor of your facial expression. In addition, as a result of frequent plucking of the eyebrows, as a response from the body, the eyebrows begin to thin after a while. Like hair transplantation, eyebrow hair loss may be caused by fatigue, stress and psychological trauma. Having a healthy eyebrow line is very important because it expresses the personality of the face. Nowadays, since the shape of thick eyebrows has returned to its former state, most people who have thin eyebrows or a strange eyebrow line resort to temporary solutions such as drawing eyebrows, permanent makeup, and others. These solutions are financially expensive because they must be performed every year or two

Any eyebrow transplant specialist first begins by determining the shape of the eyebrow, taking into account the thickness and size of the eyebrows, adjusting the space between the eyebrows and adjusting their length to suit the shape of the face. Unlike temporary or permanent eyebrow tattooing, eyebrow tinting and other solutions, hair follicles are transplanted one at a time to create a natural look. Since the harvesting technique was used, the transplanted eyebrows cannot be separated from the original ones. This operation is performed using a local anesthetic. The hair roots extracted from the area behind the ears are transplanted one by one into the eyebrows. Since the hair most suitable for eyebrows is the hair behind the ears, this area is used for eyebrow transplantation

After eyebrow transplantation

Eyebrows begin to appear after about 3 months after being transplanted and continue to grow for at least 7-8 months, and continue to grow until they complete their growth period and take the shape of natural eyebrows within a year. At first, because the growth rate of hair and eyebrows are different from each other, the hair grows unevenly. These eyebrows can be corrected every 15 days to restore their normal position. Assuming that ladies correct their eyebrows every 20 days or so, it shouldn't be much of a problem. After a year has passed, the transplanted eyebrows begin to adapt to the area, to grow at the same rate as the original eyebrows by the second year.
